Our story started all began with our Goldfish Brand Chinese Curry Sauce with our founder, Mr Kee Wah Lee, first creating it for professional kitchens in the 80’s. From there, we’ve gone on to not only create our sauces for home cooks too, but to grow the range into four fantastic curry sauceconcentrates.
Our curry sauces are all easy and quick to make –simply mix one part curry sauce paste to three parts hot water and mix to create a sauce that can be mixed with meat, fish, tofu, vegetables and so much more. Or, pour over a classic British takeaway or homemade fakeaway for your very own chip shop curry sauce at home.
Our smooth curry sauces range from mild curry sauces with our Chinese and Japanese flavours, to Madras and Hot & Spicy at the fiery end of the scale. Regardless, each is guaranteed to pack a flavour punch.
All our Goldfish Brand Sauces are suitable for those following a vegetarian diet.
