Our all new Piri Piri Sauce ventures outside of our classic Chinese roots. Originating from Southern Africa, this Piri Piri sauce is packed full of flavour; the earthy sauce has everything from hints of fresh citrusy lemon, heat from red chilli, smoked paprika, onion and garlic, and a touch of spearmint for freshness. All layered on top of a rich tomato base. Perfect on chicken, halloumi, roasted veg and so much more.
Add one part concentrate (100g) to three parts hot water (300g), bring to the boil and simmer on the hob for approximately 2 minutes whilst stirring continuously for the perfect Sweet & Sour sauce.
Make into a tasty Piri Piri dish or use as an ingredient in a multitude of different dishes.
Use a clean, dry spoon to remove the curry concentrate from the pot each time. Once opened, put the lid back on and store in a cool, dry place - e.g. a cupboard - for up to six months.
