Shopping with us for the first time?:  

How do I get my hands on some of your sauces? 

Ordering our sauces via our website is the quickest way for us to get them to you. It is also the only place that is home to our full collection! 

Just add the products you want to your basket as you move  around the website, then click the little shopping basket icon at the top of the page when you're ready to check out. 

Do I have to create an account? 

We would love for you to have an account with us and sign up to our newsletter so we can keep you up to date with our latest news, offers and products. It will also mean a faster checkout process for you in the future when you hopefully come back for more of our sauces. 

However, if you would prefer, you can check out as a guest.

I've never tried your sauces and I just want to order a few to try - is that OK? 

Absolutely - we know that some of our flavours may be new to you, but we believe that everyone should be able to try new things and love hearing about when people try them for the first time.

So, whether you just want to order one to try, or want to stock up with all your firm favourites at once, we are here to help. 

What payment method does Keejays accept? 

Our payment system is powered by Shopify, which means on the Keejays Sauces website you can pay via:

  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay 
  • Maestro

  • Shop Pay 
  • Visa (including Visa Debit and Visa Electron

Does Keejays accept payment in other currencies? 

We currently only accept payment in Pounds Sterling (GBP). 

Once you've placed your order: 

How do I know if my order was successful? 

When you've placed your order, you'll receive an order confirmation. If for any reason you're not sure if your order went through, just contact us and we'll be happy to help. 

I've made a mistake with my order - what can I do? 

If your parcel is still with our team, we can make amendments to the delivery address, add or swap products, or cancel your order completely. 

If your order has already been despatched, we may still be able to amend the delivery address details. We can't make any promises at that stage, but we'll do our best to help.

I've seen your sauces cheaper elsewhere - will you price match? 

We sell all of our sauces at our RRP (that's recommended retail price). If you find a shop that is selling them for less than the RRP we'll see what we can do to help - just send us a picture of the price and let us know where you've seen them for less. 

If you see a shop selling them on a special or promotion, unfortunately we're unable to price match those. 

Delivery of your new sauces:

Our listed delivery costs for our delicious sauces are currently only to mainland UK address / addresses within the 'standard' mainland UK delivery zones due to the inflated costs from delivery partners outside of these areas. You can see our full shipping policy here

However, if you live outside of these areas and would like us to see how much it would cost to deliver to you, please do drop us an email on enquiries@keejays.com with your address, message us on social media or give us a call and we can get a quote for you. 

Regarding our Goldfish Brand Professional Hand Sanitiser, due to the nature of this product we are unable to ship with any of our other products.

How long will it take for me to receive my Keejays sauces? 

We'll aim to despatch your order within 1-3 working days. If you place an order on the weekend, we'll aim to send it out on the next working day wherever possible. 

Once your package is with one of our trusted delivery partners, it should be with you within 1-3 delivery days. 

If you haven't received your package within 7-10 working days of you placing your order with us, please do get in touch

I live in Hadleigh / close by - can I collect? 

If you live nearby and want to collect your order direct from us, we offer a collection service during our office opening hours (Monday - Friday, 9am -  5pm). 

Because we are a working site and doing our upmost to protect our both our team and our customers during this time, we cannot let you collect without arranging a date and time first.

Please call 01473 827304 to arrange collection time, and when you come to collect bring your order confirmation - either digitally or printed.

What if there is a problem with your order?:

At Keejays, we hope you'll be more than happy with every order of sauces you place with us. We do understand though that occasionally you may want or need to return products you have bought. 

If you are not entirely happy with your Keejays order, you can return your purchase in its original, sealed condition within 30 days of dispatch for a refund. Please contact us if you wish to return any goods. 

My sauces have arrived damaged or faulty - can you help? 

Don't panic. If you have received damaged or faulty sauces, please just let us know and we'll do our best to help. 

Please let us know what happened, and send a photo if you can - it will help us to stop it happening again. Please let us know as soon as you discover the faulty or damaged item - within 15 days of receiving it - so we can rectify the problem. 

Why does the refunded amount not include delivery? 

We regret that we can only refund delivery costs when: 

  • Products have arrived faulty 
  • We have sent an incorrect product 
  • The courier has made a mistake

What is my username? 

On the login page, your username is simply the email you registered with us. 

What if I forget my password? 

If you forget your password, on the login page simply click the 'Forgot your password' link underneath the login fields and you will receive an email to reset.

Allergens and dietary advice: 

Are your sauces vegetarian / vegan? 

We are free from all meat and dairy free in the production of our sauces. However we do use shrimp (crustaceans) in our Penang Creamy Coconut Curry Sauce in order to keep it as authentic and true to its origins as possible. 

Our other sauces are all vegetarian, however we haven't had these certified by the official boards due to the high costs to an independent business such as ourselves. We do not claim to be vegan as all our suppliers have to fully comply with this as well, which we cannot guarantee.

All of our ingredients are listed on each product description, so you can decide for yourself whether our sauces are right for you. 

Are your products gluten-free? 

We do use Wheat Flour in the majority of our sauces, so we aren't currently suitable for those suffering with a gluten or wheat intolerance, or Coeliacs. 

Our Allergens are listed and in bold on all of our product descriptions so please refer to each individually to see if they are suitable for your dietary needs. 

Questions about us? 

Why Goldfish Brand - do your sauces contain goldfish? 

No! Our sauces have never, ever contained real goldfish. We also didn't simply pluck an animal out of thin air. In Chinese culture, according to Feng Shui, a fish represents wealth and prosperity as does the colour gold, which is why our founder Mr Kee Wah Lee chose the humble goldfish to represent Keejays' very first brand. 

OK - so why isn't the business called Goldfish? 

Keejays is a family and our name represents that. Kee from Mr Kee Wah Lee, our company's founder, and Jay taken from the middle name of his sons.

Why don't you offer free delivery for all orders? 

We would love to be able to offer free delivery to all of our customers. However, as a smaller, independent business and a team who wants to be able to keep our prices as affordable as possible for everyone, we can't absorb all of the delivery costs. 

Can I call you?
