Dips, Drizzles and Marinades

When it comes to home cooking, dips, drizzles and marinades can be the perfect way to add flavour which can make or break a dish. To make things a little easier, we have created four fantastically versatile sauces which can be used as a dip, drizzle or marinade for every meal.  

Our four sauces bring together some of our favourite flavours from across Asia. Starting with our Hoi Sin sauce which has quickly become a firm favourite with those who have tried it. Then, moving to our sticky Tokyo Teriyaki, perfect for a simple teriyaki marinade. Next is our full-bodied Korean BBQ sauce which can be used as an easy marinade for dishes including Korean Fried Chicken. Finally, our Tai Po sauce, a scrumptious sweet chilli sauce, the recipe of which has been developed from those used from our founder Mr Kee Wah Lee's village, Tai Po, in Hong Kong
