Our all new sweet & Sour Sauce has been carefully crafted to have an ideal balance of sweetness coupled with a piquant vinegar hit that this Chinese takeaway favourite is well-loved for. Perfect for re-creating as a family fakeaway, the Sweet & Sour Sauce is perfect served with everything from pork and chicken, to scampi, tofu and even drizzled over a simple supper of rice and veg.
Add one part concentrate (100g) to three parts hot water (300g), bring to the boil and simmer on the hob for approximately 2 minutes whilst stirring continuously for the perfect Sweet & Sour sauce.
Make into a tasty dish or use as an ingredient in a multitude of different dishes.
Use a clean, dry spoon to remove the curry concentrate from the pot each time. Once opened, put the lid back on and store in a cool, dry place - e.g. a cupboard - for up to six months.
