A traditional Pekinese sauce perfect for re-creating a family favourite, Deep Fried Spicy Chilli Beef, at home.

Fermented yellow beans, garlic, five spice and Szechuan pepper are blended with tomatoes and vinegar to create a delicious hot, sour and tangy sauce with a kick of chilli.

This sauce is also fantastic for adding zing to any stir fry.
